These terms will govern your use of the cryptiqo.eu website and the CardVault application. By using them, you will agree to the terms set out in the final version of this document.

2. The website

The cryptiqo.eu website is provided for informational purposes. Content is offered in good faith and may be updated or changed at any time. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

3. The CardVault application

CardVault stores your data locally on your device, encrypted with keys derived from a passphrase that only you know. Because of this zero-knowledge design, we cannot recover your data if you lose both your passphrase and your one-time recovery passphrase. You are responsible for safely storing your recovery passphrase.

4. No warranty TODO

The final terms will include the applicable warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. This section is a placeholder pending legal review.

5. Licensing TODO

The licence under which CardVault is distributed is to be determined by the repository owner. This section will be updated to reflect the chosen licence.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated over time. Material changes will be reflected in this document.
